CONDITIONS OF SALE

Sterts Arts and Environmental Centre uses Monad Ticketing solutions as a third-party box-office system. Through purchasing tickets, you are accepting the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Ticket details must be checked by the customer at the time of ordering, as no amendments can be made on the night.

It is recommended you arrive to be seated or collect tickets at least 20 minutes before event start times.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the event is cancelled in advance.

The Sterts team reserve the right to refuse admission to a ticket holder or to ask the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measures to enforce such a request.

Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of the front of house team and at an appropriate interval.

Sterts reserves the right to seat users of wheelchairs/other mobility aids as necessary to satisfy the Sterts Theatre access and safety policies. Sterts cannot make any guarantees of availability of accessible spaces unless booked in advance.

Sterts accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises. Please report any losses to the duty team on the night or as soon as possible to the office.

The use of camera, video or audio recording equipment is prohibited in the theatre. Any exceptions to this rule will be clearly notified on the night.

Sterts reserves the right to:

• make any change in the performance/event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable causes.
• cancel or abandon the performance/event on the night

Sterts shall not be liable to pay any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the management's discretion, a possible credit to the value of the ticket.

Please note all designs, graphics, logos and commercial markings may be registered Trademarks or the property of third parties. You should not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any such designs in any way, for any purpose, without prior written consent.

Sterts Theatre may carry out general filming, sound recording or photography in or around the venue. By purchasing tickets, you and your party are consenting to being filmed, recorded, or photographed. These images will be used by Sterts Theatre to share news, and to publicise our future events. Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on our website and social media

Sterts reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
